Constantly missing service if barley sprinkles and they own rds so completely horrible experience would NOT recommend
They're on their way to pricing themselves out of business. Haven't had any issues with pickup or anything, but price has doubled since they bought rdsi.
I miss RDS,I. I've had yet another rate hike without an explanation and told it's just "common knowledge". They have also missed trash a couple of times and when I have called I was told my trash cans weren't out, when they were. You can't schedule an extra pick up either to make up for it. Overall I'm disappointed in customer service and with the value of what I'm paying for.
Julie is not helping this company at all with her horrible customer service. She told me that I can switch to veterans waste if I didn’t like the company. Very unprofessional and rude. Lots of people will leave and get cheaper rates and better customer service with veterans waste.
