Damaged our fence. We contacted them & they said they would be out the next day to repair it. Then I got a letter in the mail stating that they were not responsible. You can NEVER reach anyone there on the phone, emails & letters have gone unanswered. I filed a complaint with the BBB. I would advise everyone to stay away! They are horrible to deal with!!

With so much going on in a busy, upstart community, Keri Karr makes our lives easier as Project Managers by being on top of her game and allowing us to focus on other aspects of building. This is the worst organization I have ever delt with. 28 years federal service 5 years state service I have delt with alot of bad businesses. This is the worst! Horrible customer service, deceptive pricing pratices and no useful information on their website.

incredibly rude customer service advised me that I have to provide them with proof that my spouse died two years ago in order to cancel the crappy service I just received. We had been customers for many years. Not any more.
