Difficulty with refills multiple times, had to go without meds several times. Does every test under the sun for two years, prescribes one med, and tells you your levels are good, even though the treatment has done NOTHING and you still have the original issue. Then advises you to see a therapist. Incompetent and lazy.
I had high hopes for the Henry Ford endocrinology center and this doctor. I stopped going to the endocrinology center several years ago because of the doctor and his office staff. Doesn't listen to your concerns. Frequently has to reschedule appointments and it takes pulling teeth to get a new appointment, just to have to reschedule and be told he's months out. Called to reschedule again and was told they'd call me back. It's been four days and I'm the only one reaching out. Had to go to emergency room only to be told my levels were low and was given a higher dose. Walgreens called to have authorization to refill and still waiting for that.
