I was sent to Dr. Bazzi from a retiring colleague. It took some discussion to understand my health history prior to seeing him. We found alignment on next steps once the discussion was complete.
He's nice, pleasant. Very knowledgeable.I'm looking forward.to having him in my collection of healthcare professionals
Receptionist is horrible. I was translating for a patient who does not speak English and she was horribly rude. Responses were very rude and degrading. I was translating for a patient and asking the questions he wanted me to ask. Even if he cannot speak to the doctor, which I am aware of, because I was just doing as told by the patient, doesn’t give an excuse to be disrespectful. Dr. Bazzi shouldn’t allow a rude and racist receptionist.
