My daughter did the remote (HLT) program remotely after recovering from an elbow injury, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The personalized feedback was outstanding and it helped her refine her mechanics and increase her arm speed significantly. The program was not only effective but also engaging—she truly enjoyed the process. Highly recommend HLT!

5 Stars We were absolutely blown away by Coach Sarah at HLT in Mt. Juliet TN clinic. Her knowledge of throwing mechanics is incredible, and the way she explained and demonstrated techniques made such a huge impact. My daughter was completely in awe of her—watching her learn and absorb everything with such excitement was amazing to see. Coach Sarah’s expertise, attention to detail, and ability to connect with athletes truly set her apart. We’re so grateful for the experience and can’t wait to work with her again!

This is literally the only clinic that has been worth it. And we will do it again. 100% worth it no matter your players ability level.

The throwing clinic taught my daughter better throwing fundamentals. I'd definitely recommend it.
