I brought our 2014 Avalon into Arvu with no heat on the passenger side. We were looking at an 8+ hour job to remove the dash in order to gain access to the heater equipment. Tom suggested that previously they have had some success doing a heater core flush. That did it, saving us several hundred dollars. Everyone we dealt with at Arvu were honest, fair, knowledgable and friendly. I left Arvu thinking that I received more than my money’s worth of service. Thank you, Randy

I was in desperate need of a brake line repair and after seeing reviews and talking to Tom, I decided Arvu was the best option for me. It took a few days, clearly because they're very busy doing amazing work. I was told due to needing parts I would have to wait a few more days which stressed me out, but David found the parts and worked a miracle on a Friday and called me just a couple hours later to tell me that my car was done!!
