Knowledgeable staff who explained services very well. They are experts on foreign cars.
Live near downtown chapel hill? Drop your car off at their remote location (near Rosemary and Columbia) and have them pick it up, service it, and return it later that day.
If you own a Subaru ask for Pete or Pablo. Really nice, accommodating, honest, and helpful.
Spacious waiting room area makes it easy to do work while you wait on your car. Plus free wifi!!!
GREAT automotive shop. I started using them 5 years ago when I moved to NC, and after a lot of my co-workers recommended this place. It has been "peace of mind" all the time, so much that I just have my wife take the car in, get the work done and bring it back. and never have had to think about an alternative place for my servicing and a couple of repairs. This was my favorite garage, when I lived in Durham. One of the things I missed when I moved out of NC was an auto mechanic that was as reliable as this place.
Also have free wireless and lots of outlets in the waiting room.
Love this place! They are up front & honest. Give you plenty of options and empower you with information to make the best choices.
