Absolutely awful experience. This office never answers the phone—you have to call dozens of times just to reach someone. They scheduled a Televisit for my mom, and the doctor didn’t even call. I had to follow up, and they casually told me the doctor forgot. We eventually got a call 45 minutes late with no apology. During the call, the doctor said he’d order lab tests and that a nurse would call us to schedule the labs and an in-person visit. That call never came. This man took a telehealth visit with me and hung up on me. I don't know what kind of doctor hangs up on patients.

Dr. Wasim Mansour, the best ever. He takes great care of his clients, is very sure of our health condition, and is very precise in his observations. He does not let me leave the examination before he is completely sure that I am fine and he is very sure of my health condition.
