Excellent care from Dr. Riaz and the entire staff!
Dr. Riaz is kind and patient. The phlebologists are also efficient and excellent. However, the infusion nurses always act annoyed, like we are in their way. It is interesting that they bring in the patients and then everyone goes to lunch. Patients are often left shivering for want of a warm blanket and with no offer of a drink. There is constant complaining that they are understaffed. There is a long waiting time for every bag change and for each infusion.
