experience was good but it's like walking into a cold storage.

We were not seen as the doctor was running extremely late. Other patients were complaining that his office overbooks patients. I also believe that there's a charge for not seeing the doctor when scheduled but we can't charge the doctor for our time when he can't see us.
Very friendly staff, they keep you notified of all procedure procedures
