Unsafe and careless!!!! Extensive damage to my new car due to their broken washer handpiece. Manager was contacted and couldn't have a care in the world. I mentioned that there was the potential for someone (even elderly) to use this after me and receive an nasty physical injury. To possibly at least put the bay out of service until it's repaired. Manager was not interested at all ....

Absolutely terrible service from this car wash! We were recently travelling through the area and wanted to quickly give our car a hose down to remove bugs. We use self-serve car washes all the time all over the country and have never experienced anything like what happened here. After inserting the coins into the terminal and selecting the hose, the whole hose and handle shot out of the holder on the wall and was out of control on high pressure (should be low pressure and only high pressure when the trigger is squeezed). Used the automatic touches wash and it did a great job after having my car sitting for a few months. Much more thorough than others in the area. Also had a great chat with the staff about how well my car came out and the new setup of the place. Ill for sure be bringing all my cars through there.

Dog Wash, NO SHAMPOO, $20 for hosing my dog with water for 4 minutes.7/11 were no help in contacting WASH ZONE for Dogs. Update- Wash Zone refunding my money. Glitch in the Shampoo pipe. Very nice man responded to my complaint. Will use again

This is my go-to for touch-free cleaning of my adventure bike and my cars. Always well looked after and well maintained. Never had any issues.
