While this isn't the first time I've had a car washed or even used a stationary car wash as opposed to the roll-through type, my first trip to this facility left me a bit confused by the layout. Thankfully, the attendant was quick to respond and able to guide us and the vehicle through the process. She even did some quick detail scrubbing beforehand! Not at all bad for the basic wash!
Took my brand new car to Wash World yesterday — cost me $20 and honestly, I wish I never went. The car came out still dirty, with soap residue dripping down the back and dull spots all over the paint. It actually looks worse than before. I don’t know what kind of soap or water they’re using, but whatever it is messed up my paint and didn’t clean a thing. Super disappointing. Avoid this place at all costs! The auto wash damaged my car by leaving sticky adhesive all over the surface. I expected a proper wash, but the service was careless and left my car worse than before. Very disappointing experience, I won’t be returning!
