Hi, just some feeback. I wasn't exactly pleased with the wash of my car, $39 dollars and I spotted and wiped dirt off multiple spots over my car. I asked if they clean the alloys when I booked it in, most of them were still dirty in lots of places. I think if a client mentions something like that, it means they are going to be checking it when they come back. I will have to wash it or at least go over it again. Disappointing....... A check over the car before finishing up would be a good idea.
NEVER AGAIN!!!! a basic $300 interior car wash has caused me indescribable inconvenience and thousands of dollars of damage to my car. I got an interior clean and upon collecting the car and leaving NONE of my interior electricals were working properly. The radio and stereo wouldn't turn on, no interior buttons would work, charging ports were faulty and the seat sensors were constantly going on and off, and now go on when someone is sitting in the seat with the seat belts in. Great guys, absolute gentlemen. They did an amazing job on my FX4, they manage to get rid of the greasy work smell, cleaned the seats up perfect and detailed to perfection. So easy to deal with and made the effort to ask me and listen to the issues that needed addressing before starting work on my ute. I was recommended by a business partner who only takes his car there and no where else. 5
Appalling service. Left our car with the Luxe Pro team for a full detail service prior to sale (costing in excess of $400) and the car was returned with a front passenger door that no longer shuts. Took the car back to these guys after letting them know what happened and they, ‘apparently’ took it to the mechanics, however, the door remains unusable.
