Great guys, absolute gentlemen. They did an amazing job on my FX4, they manage to get rid of the greasy work smell, cleaned the seats up perfect and detailed to perfection. So easy to deal with and made the effort to ask me and listen to the issues that needed addressing before starting work on my ute. I was recommended by a business partner who only takes his car there and no where else. 5
Appalling service. Left our car with the Luxe Pro team for a full detail service prior to sale (costing in excess of $400) and the car was returned with a front passenger door that no longer shuts. Took the car back to these guys after letting them know what happened and they, ‘apparently’ took it to the mechanics, however, the door remains unusable. Confirming on arrival that the VIP wash was $120 less the 20% discount advertised before saying go ahead. I got back to being charged the $120 and questioned it, then they changed it to $110, again I said that $120 less 20% equals $96. Tried to justify themselves saving car was extra dirty (it was from the kids but he inspected this before telling me a price) Still got charged $100 and then upon arriving home to get my sons soccer boots out of the car the boot hasn’t even been cleaned or opened by the looks of it. Got two of my cars done from these guys. Made the cars(one 4wd) back in immaculate condition. Really appreciate them. Commendable work and 100% recommend them.
