Great GP, very responsive, easy to get appointment. Staff really friendly and helpful!
I am updating my review because after speaking to various friends who visit other GP surgeries across Trafford, I appear to be quite lucky with Washway Road. My friends have awful problems getting someone to pick up a phone, they're always number 20+ in the queue, they can't get an appointment. I rarely have to wait to speak to a receptionist, they have some lovely ones who answer the phones these days, very helpful. Feel very blessed to have this GP practise, especially for my kids, always get seen when we need to and the Doctor and Nursing staff are always so good with us, thank you
*UPDATE MAY 2025* A once great practice which has descended into chaos. They cannot even do simple tasks like issue prescriptions on time and if you need an urgent appointment it's 2-3 weeks to be seen.
