I am updating my review because after speaking to various friends who visit other GP surgeries across Trafford, I appear to be quite lucky with Washway Road. My friends have awful problems getting someone to pick up a phone, they're always number 20+ in the queue, they can't get an appointment. I rarely have to wait to speak to a receptionist, they have some lovely ones who answer the phones these days, very helpful.
