People, it's a drive through automatic car wash for Heavens sake! If you're looking for your vehicle to have the appearance of being professionally shaped for $200-$300 then go for it and spend some real $$$$! Get a grip! Unfortunate. After years of patronage, having my mild-mannered, non-commercial 2WD pickup with a homeowner grade ladder rack washed to a decent standard (my other cars, as well) I was turned away this morning due to my ladder rack. Thank you for your service - best of luck.
i’ve been coming here for a year and the service is just getting worse. they are probably the busiest car wash in the area, which is great. but it’s really just because they have free vaccum at the end. the past couple months has been terrible. my car will be dirty after going through it twice, and they barely wipe the windows, i’ve experimented giving them money beforehand and after, and both times they do a terrible job of wiping. i understand the high volume but having better service is more important than having the most... read more

Well I am now convinced that they just don't care anymore at the washville car washes. I have been to all of the washville car washes on long island and I just dont get it...they only prerinse only one side of the car which i feel is so crazy...please tell me why ??? Dont I have 2 sides to my car ??? I know this is not me being crazy but keep your eyes open to this .. I have had all of the plans and I can't get no one to prerinse the passenger side of my car I figured since the price went up thst the service woukd be better ... read more
