How this place has not gotten rid of Luz - the girl who works at the “membership booth” is beyond me! She’s the LAST person I’d ever put as a point of contact with my customers. Everytime I go there and see her, I cringe
My car was dirtier than when I brought after it was finished.They don't wipe the car down after the wash.They don't clean your rims.They spray one side of your car with foam, worst car wash.I've ever been to in my life
i have never been to this place i don’t even own a car anymore after my accident in 2016 but i would just wash my own car back then it was a lot of work but it was a therapeutic process
I went to the Amityville location and after getting my car washed I spoke with Luz. I didn’t understand how I was getting charged on a different account. This old account was from a different car washed that never canceled the account but Washville took over. With the help of Luz I was able to rectify this matter. I will now never use another car washed because of the amazing customer service I have received here. Thank you Luz.
