The wash was ok clean but the guy that wiped my car left soap spots all over I wanted to get my refund & the rags looked dirty you need to change them.
Absolute waste of money. Did not render the full extent of services paid for. Also, the flow of their system was not clear at all. I did not know that you had to vacuum before you got in line to pay, so not only did I not get the vacuum that I essentially paid for (although, who wants to vacuum their own car for that price. Ridiculous.), I also did not get the other things listed that I paid for, such as tire shine and whatnot. Love the vacuums and the wash. I walked into the booth a few times to talk about my automatic debit, and they were very polite and professional.
Jerry helped me pick out the correct gift card for my father for his birthday gift. This facility is always clean and efficient. Employees are always friendly. I look forward to taking my cars here and saving so much time. My family and I love Washville!
