Great service from start to finish! The staff was friendly, professional. expecally the girl greeting me! she was very friendly and asked me if i wanted to do a membership! i politely declined due to me not living in the area. They did a amazing job on my car. It looked spotless when they were done, and I couldn’t have been happier with the results. I highly recommend this car wash to anyone looking for quality service. They even gave my dog a cookie!! I’ll definitely be coming back!!!
Wish I could give it o stars. Came out almost as dirty as we went in. Took it to another place right away. $20 went to the toilet. ( I made a mistake and gave a tip to the people with the wipes who did a terrible job)
I had a very disappointing experience at Washville. The customer service was terrible, and the staff had a very rude and unprofessional attitude. We explained to the employee that it was our first time visiting, but instead of being helpful or welcoming, she responded in a condescending manner and said, “Moving forward, do not come to this lane. Go to any other location.. you just sit and wait without a membership. hassle getting in and out.
You pay for the top wash but the pre-wash person never does more than spray have the car before sending you into the tunnel.
