I went to this car wash on February 2nd. When I tried to pay, the machine would not work. I swiped my card 4 times. I gave up and moved to another slot. I picked the basic wash which is $15. I just got a bank statement from washtopia that was processed on February 6th. 4 days later. I was charged another $20 for no reason. Please fix your machines.

I recently used your car wash service and was impressed with how clean the exterior of my car looked, especially considering the snowy weather. However, I had a disappointing experience when I was told by an employee that vacuum services were not available. I had already started vacuuming my car and was almost done, so it was frustrating to have to leave without completing the service. How do I cancel it? Nobody answers the phone. Tried doing it on the website and it doesn't like my information. I'm going to be out of town and definitely helping my parents and I don't want to keep paying for this.

I’ve come here for the last 2 years. I got a new car (brand new) and 3 of my tires got damaged after using the car wash. Submitted a damaged claim and obviously they will not take ownership for their fault. No questions asked or any kind of inspection. Thanks for nothing! Also save your time submitting a claim as they only go by pictures provided and nothing else.
