Their equipment cracked my windshield and they are not taking responsibility. I’ve been a member for over five years paying my $45 monthly without a Problem. I’m very upset and will be contacting the BBB.
I used to brag about Washtopia to everyone and how nice their facility is. I love the towels and glass cleaner available to clean your car along side the free vacuuming. However, recently the actual car wash has started to get worse. I'm having to clean my trunk door almost completely because the car wash is failing to do so. I was looking for a quick wash on my way to work one morning, and sadly, the one in front of the LaVergne Wal-Mart was not open. I decided to go to this one since it was very close by and open. I took my 2026 Nissan Rogue for a wash and I paid for the top-teir wash, the $30 one. I'll give this wash 2 stars as my car got mostly washed and was not damaged, but that's where the good news ends.
