I have been using Washmix for few years and been a happy customer. This time, I guess there was some misunderstanding and my clothes were stuck at the store on Sat after it closed and I was flying next day. But Michael came though and made sure I got my clothes on time. Stuff happen, but what matters is how the business addressees the situation. Micheal/Washmix went above and beyond to fix it and I much appreciate it.
