I dropped off a suit and a dress for dry cleaning services. They charged me more than the advertised rates for each of those items on their wall and would not honor the advertised prices when I asked. They also did not remove a stain from the suit and did not charge me any less for that. The dress was cleaned properly.

I have been using Washmix for few years and been a happy customer. This time, I guess there was some misunderstanding and my clothes were stuck at the store on Sat after it closed and I was flying next day. But Michael came though and made sure I got my clothes on time. Stuff happen, but what matters is how the business addressees the situation. Micheal/Washmix went above and beyond to fix it and I much appreciate it.
