I went to get a car wash had my wife and little one in the car this was 6-18-2020 at about 2:40 pm two guys in the car was area one guy white the other Mexican both having a conversation while I sit there with a crying baby in the car I see there’s plenty of room so I pulled up. they weren’t going to guide so I moved up well I barely missed the track the Mexican guy come up screaming at me with my kid in the car instead of asking me to back up real quick because when I did back up it took a second to correct my self. The man at the gate could give change to all the cars in front of me but when I had .50 pieces he said he was allowed to give change. He made me back out and refused to help me. Discrimination? For using cash?
Don't bother going their anymore. They did away with full service, and you can get the same service at another carwash in town for less. I went their today expecting service as usual but was told they no longer offer it. They had no explanation only that management did away with it. Shame on you wash me car wash, you lost a valid customer who will either do it them selves or go elsewhere. I send praise to all the young men who gave me great service today, September 4, 2011. I was at this establishment around 9am this morning. The job they did cleaning my car was fantastic and all the young mean were extremely polite. I will be back again. Thank you for the great service.
I have gone to this car wash once to twice a week since it has opened. The servce there was beyond anythig I have ever seen at any of the other car wash's I have been to. They actually care about the product their car wash hands back to the people! The workers always have a smile on their face and they are polite to every person that stops by. Used their car wash in Bullhead City and even though they cracked my windshield, they denied that it was their fault and they refused replacing it and said that it had to my fault and that it had to have been cracked before I had used their car wash. The Problem: I have been a glazier (glass man) for over thirty years and glass does not break unless it is hit by a foreign object with a certain amount of force.
