First of all let me start off by saying they did a decent job ($160 package). My reason for 1/5 is their lack of professionalism. I booked an appointment for 9am but the owner came at 9:45. I still kept a good attitude because shit happens I get it. The owner told me 3 hours maximum for the service and took my number and name down. 45mins after the 3 hour mark - no call.
