I first struggled with the touch screen and an attendant came over just as I was finishing up and assisted through the remainder of the transaction. I wait in line and finally a woman motioned for me to pull into the wash only to quickly stop me and begin talking to the guy that helped me purchase my wash. The guy walks over and tells me that there is too much mud on my jeep. I replied there wasn't that much mud but mostly muddy water and then asked how much mud is too much? Nice car wash! Washed my 27' motorhome and Jeep Wrangler for $5.50! Good pressure and plenty of soap. I was just doing a quick job to get some of the road grime off. Plenty of room to maneuver. Easy in and out, plus reasonable gas right next door. I was very satisfied.
UPDATE: I was able to contact them via email and finally was notified that my account has been cancelled. Changed my review to 5 stars because this happened the same day as I posted this review. I came in for a car wash and I hear a cranking noise under my vehicle. By the time I get to the vacuums one of the employees brings me a piece of a backlight of another vehicle claiming that it came out of my car I check and luckily it wasn’t from me However, I don’t know how bad is the damage on my tires like I said I ran over this thing through my whole wash I checked the sides of my vehicle and there’s still mud all over it that I had to clean out by hand. Nice wash. Helpful attendant spent extra time getting bugs off the front. Good vacuum system. Recommend!
