Garbage service and I say that from ample experience. They've delivered me other peoples' clothes, lost my clothes, delivered my clothes to the wrong house, and ignored customer service requests when things come back damaged. I continued to give them the benefit of the doubt, but they're a terrible service. Don't bother using them and use RINSE.

I love the Washio service! It's so nice and convenient that the washio ninjas are nice, prompt and get you all your clothing and laundry back in perfectly folded piles ready to put away! i am a busy working girl and don't always have time to get to the bank for quarters or get to the laundry machine in my building on time. the washio team is prompt and superrr convenient for the girl on the go. i recommend this service for sure.

Terrible! lost 2 full bags of laundry and dragging their feet to compensate and hiding behind legal agreements - shame on you washio ! I ll get you back - wait and see -

Terrible experience. Do not go with this option. 1st time I used them they lost 3 pieces of my laundry. 2nd time I received someone else laundry. 3rd time they just made an excuse for the pick up mess up and I cancel the order then, and they charged me for that too. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND CLOTHES.
