THE HARDWARE HEROES! 🛠️ This store is hands down the GOLD STANDARD for CUSTOMER SERVICE. I came in with a highly unique screw and a request: 8 screws with this same unique variation, along with specific nuts or spacers. Most places would have pointed me to an aisle and walked away, but these guys took charge immediately. We spent 10 minutes troubleshooting, and they even modified their own inventory (breaking off a part of a screw) just to test a theory. It worked! Went in to price some stuff and get an idea of what I would need to do the job and was asked if I was going to buy anything today . I said no and then the told me that we have cameras you know like I was there to just steal something. I have going in there on an off for over 16 years. But that is the last time I will be in there . Do not recommend going there if I could give a half star I would .
