In my opinion this is the only option for to go to as hardware store in Pataskala. They’ve always had everything I needed like a big retail chain. Beyond that the staff is so extremely helpful and polite. They've had to walk me through some pretty basic things but have always been so nice about it. Couple that with the convenient location in town and you just won’t get a better hardware store!
Called in ahead of time to make sure they had straw. They did. Said perfect ill be by shortly. Drove over. To find out they only were taking cash. Not a word was mentioned on the phone, but they had signs up everywhere so they had known long before I called and didnt communicate that. Only had $5 on me, it was $9.50. Asked if any chance they could take 5 since no card wasnt communicated 20 minutes prior when I called or I would've brought more with me... nope. Employees are always helpful and the selection of misc specialty fasteners, clips, bolts etc is extensive.
This is my go to place so that I don’t have to drive down to Lowe’s. This place has saved me so much money on do it yourself projects and regular home owner maintenance. They also have a Napa auto parts which is better than Auto-Zone and Advanced. They also have a Husqvarna dealer. And they have given me veterans discounts on two big purchases.
THE HARDWARE HEROES! 🛠️ This store is hands down the GOLD STANDARD for CUSTOMER SERVICE. I came in with a highly unique screw and a request: 8 screws with this same unique variation, along with specific nuts or spacers. Most places would have pointed me to an aisle and walked away, but these guys took charge immediately. We spent 10 minutes troubleshooting, and they even modified their own inventory (breaking off a part of a screw) just to test a theory. It worked!
