The staff was kind, professional, and very attentive from start to finish. They made sure I felt comfortable and well-informed throughout my visit, which really gave me confidence in the care I was receiving. The facility was clean, well-organized, and everything ran smoothly with minimal waiting time.

Came here for a scan. In and out fairly quickly. My experience was fine. The corridors have a “backrooms” eerie feel to them so keep that in mind. Nice staff. One or two may be a touch curt but don’t let that get to you. There was a person in a wheelchair pushed by another who were holding up the side entrance staring at a sign, while some of us softly mumbled “excuse me” or “can I pass”. My brother got admitted here because of food poisoning. We had to wait for a long time before he could get the IV and also before the discharge (even though there was nothing left to do). The service is slow. Emergency rooms are decent size.

Outpatient blood draw dept: Very bad and inconsistent service. Waited 45 min for blood draw when told there was a 30 minute wait, while others arriving after us were called before us. Very poor service.
