I would not recommend purchasing an Independent Home Walk-in Tub unless you lived in a major city where there was an office and service available. I have no issued with the tub itself except that the pump doesn't work. I first talked to Gary in the Phoenix office, then arranged to meet with Jerry, who lives in Las Vegas, but services a large area including the state of Washington, in the home I would be moving to.
