Just don’t even waste your time. They will send unsupported letters and don’t don’t waste your time with Neuro or orthopedic either. Just wanted to add they will tell your PCP a bunch of lies to make themselves look good too. Hope you’re Happy with your 1.4 stars and your multiple scathing reviews bcuz the staff that work at this hospital are unprofessional nonetheless. Thank you!!!!!

This place is a joke! They may have decent doctors (who knows?) but the support staff is so disorganized that it took them 6 months from my doctor's referral to even look at my file and make an appointment. Then, another 4 month for the appointment date. That's 10 months just to be seen (WITH a referral). I called today and spoke to a robotic person who is not in the line of work to help anyone. They told me it could take another whole week just to hear from them. Don’t believe all the clever taglines about BJC and WashU putting people first. Receiving a near fatal diagnosis and having a patient wait more than two weeks, EVEN TO SCHEDULE THE INITIAL ME... read more

Wow, I was in disbelief and denial about the negative reviews. I still tried this practice for myself and I'm experiencing scheduling and communication problems before I can even get in with them. I have been waiting almost a month ( they don't answer when I call and get transferred just to have someone who can help me schedule an appointment.
