I have been seeing Dr. ******* ******* for some time now. I did I MRI on May 17, 2025 and was scheduled for a follow up in the first part of June. I got a call from his office rescheduling for July 15, 2025. On yesterday June 16, 2025 I got another call rescheduling me again for later in the year. I am very frustrated with my care plan and i am in constant pain. Based on my knowledge most MRI's are for three months. I ask... read more

Business response:

Hello,The account has been reviewed and sorry for you dissatisfaction, however if you are needing to make payments we are happy to set up a payment arrangement. We had contacted the patient and let him know of this and our statements to state this. We also sent 2 statements letting you know the account will go to a collection agency if not payment and we did not receive any response or call until after the due date on the statement. This is unfortunate but we would not know your intentions unless we are notified.
