Had a lady call me to schedule an apt for my disabled son. Asked if I had the insurance card on hand to give them the info. I said no I didn't ( I was at work ) and she got smart saying well since you don't have insurance on hand you will have to call us back when you get insurance. CLICK!! Great impression if you treat parents like this how will you treat my son?? Needless to say we will find a different provider and report this to the insurance company first thing tomorrow morning.

Wash U ENT helped diagnose cancer when multiple other doctors said nothing was wrong. 10/10 recommend! & ALWAYS GET A 2ND OPINION.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Shew this morning and I could not be happier with my experience. The staff was excellent-from the intake person to the staff members who I worked with to make my next appointment. All of these women were friendly and efficient. Dr. Shew is great. He was on time, which is a huge 'plus' in my book. He was friendly and immediately put me at ease--it helped that he had good news to share about my ear problem. I can recommend this doctor and his staff without reservation.
