Poor communication between this medical team and scheduling. Wouldn't recommend anyone waste the time and agony on this practice.
This has by far been the most unprofessional medical office I have ever had to deal with in my entire life. Appointments cancelled, and moved continuously. Sometimes expecting you to abruptly change your schedule with less than an hours notice. All of this to just get in for a first appointment. If this is how they handle their scheduling, I don’t want to see how they handle patient care. I will be looking for a different ortho office!!
Doctors are pretty knowledgeable and helpful, but over the past 6 months I have called about pain in my shoulder 10+ times and have only gotten a callback 3 times. I have complained to the doctors on every visit after the first time, and while they have always been apologetic and said that was inexcusable, it has continued unabated.
