Just wanted to post that I am doing well…
The support staff and medical support staff are exemplary. Helpful, compassionate, patient, problem solving. Doctors are top notch. They take time to make sure you understand what is going on with your body. Excellent follow-up and after hours care. These doctors and this facility are our go to for Orthopedic care for our family.
I highly recommend the orthopedic urgent care here versus going to the emergency room. Same day appointments. They’re super busy but they’re efficient and fast. Friendly staff from front desk to X-ray to medical assistant to doctor.
I Will start off by saying thank you to the most amazing surgeon and his team, Dr. Derrick Michael Knapik. Performed TIBIAL TUBERCLE OSTEOTOMY, ARTHROSCOPY MENISCAL and ACL. All done on one leg. I’m feeling a whole lot better with everything, healing amazing. I’ve personally picked him and highly recommend him to anyone. I drive 30 minutes from the city just to see him. Once again thank you.
I was diagnosed with a torn ACL and had ACL reconstructive surgery and couldn't have asked for better care! Shout out to Dr. Matthew Smith who has done an incredible job treating me. The nursing staff are also professional and caring. They take time to see you as a person, not just a patient. I recommend WashU Orthopedics to all my family and friends.
