THANK YOU!! I am so grateful for this office, doctors, and staff. Dr. Halstead has treated 2 of my children and is amazing. He takes time to truly listen and understand the pain his patients are having and is so wise in his treatments. He takes time to explain everything. Not just injuries but even explaining to the kids how to interpret their pain in a way that resonates with them. His staff is efficient and kind. The office runs like a machine. You get in and out WITHOUT feeling rushed or that you don't have answers. I rec... read more

Everyone in this office provided us exceptional care! From the front desk to Dr. McHardy, everyone was amazing! They made getting a cast fun for our 3 year old and were so gentle and fun with her! The star of this office for me though is Lynn S!! I hope the right person sees this review because that woman needs a raise and a promotion stat! She went above and beyond both times we saw her making sure we were comfortable and informed. Her kind nature is so appreciated and anyone who gets the pleasure of meeting her will benefi... read more

I would say the hike from the parking lot to the office is pretty far if you are on crutches. As I was hobbling away, a very kind woman from the office named Gail offered me a ride in a wheelchair. I had to make a stop at the attached BJC hospital for bloodwork. It would have been a very long walk. She saved me lots of pain trying to get there. I have always had a good... read more

I wish I could leave zero stars, I have never been so disappointed in any doctor or their assistant. My daughter and I waited for an hour in the exam room to never be told anything. We were never seen and his assistant couldn't tell me directly when we would be seen but it was some tech that did. While they cackled in the hallway my daughter was in pain and waiting to be seen. After an hour we left. And his assistant also watched us walk out.. No one had any concern. Ill give it up to the front desk ladies, yall were the onl... read more
