If you’re even considering lasik look no further! This was incredibly life changing. I will NEVER forget opening my eyes and seeing “exam room 2.” I can’t remember a time where I wasn’t wearing contacts or glasses. I’ll admit the procedure is nerve wracking but you can put every ounce of trust into this team of doctors and techs. They truly care about you. No linger fearing driving at night, being able to see my children’s beautiful faces and now being able to fully commit to a career that requires 20/20 vision. I owe it all... read more

I recently had LASIK surgery with Dr. Wexler, and I’m incredibly happy with how everything went. Dr. Wexler, a highly skilled and professional surgeon with many years of experience, worked his magic performing the surgery after thoroughly answering all my questions and addressing every concern I had. Dr. Eric Polk guided me right about my eye exam and procedure that I was thinking about getting done. He told me honestly I am not a good candidate for lasik. Saved me from going through unnecessary procedure for my eyes. Just came for consultation but now he is my new eye doctor. The whole staff from reception, to office staff, to tech Mary to the Dr. Polk every one was so polite and helpful.

From the consultation with Dr. Polk to the surgery and aftercare with Dr. Wexler, the process at WashU LASIK has been phenomenal. Everyone in the office is so professional and kind. Dr. Wexler talked me through each step throughout the surgery, which took less than 15 minutes. I went in with 20/400 vision and came out with 20/15 the next day. I would recommend Dr. Wexler to anyone I know.
