They were way off on my cataract prescription for my left eye in a mono vision situation, as a result i have to where a contact in that eye the rest of my life. I understand mistakes, but their methodology is flawed, this could have been avoided by having me trial run a contact simulating the vision. Totally disappointing. Wish i would have stayed with Pepose. But even more frustrating is that i have spent a total of 1.5 hours on hold between three simple calls i have had to make just to get contacts ordered or my prescripti... read more
