Dr .McGrady, n staff are Awesome
Very little waiting time. The staff was very friendly. The Dr. was very professional and provided excellent service.
Absolutely the worst medical staff I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The ladies at the front-desk are the rudest, most unprofessional, aggressive and difficult receptionist I've ever had to interact with. They have tried to hit me with "no call no shows" at least 3 times for appointments I cancelled days and even weeks ahead of time. They argue with you on the phone when they're supposed to be helping you. A great example is how they put in an order for Anderson hospital for a swallow test, I complete said test ... read more
Staff was awesome, super friendly and had a good sense of humor. I would go again if they could find anything wrong with me.
