In my opinion, patient beware. Once I stated my dissatisfaction in not being able to discuss a bill with the doctor directly and thus would be leaving their office, Jennifer Schmidt (who I wouldn't know from Adam as I never personally met her) sent me a letter stating their clinic would no longer provide medical services to my disabled daughter and me. Elizabeth at Wash U Complete Care is such a wonderful GP! She always listens attentively to my concerns, and takes the time to walk though options with me. I especially love that she turns the computer monitor toward me so I can follow along—very helpful for the way dyslexia affects me. Responses over MyChart (essentially, email) are prompt (within a day), and for me have included both quick health questions and refills and adjustments to meds. * EDIT: After finally getting into an appointment, things have been good. I made an appointment for the "Long Covid" clinic over 3 months ago. I go to my appointment today to find out I went to the wrong place. Went to the second place (still early) and was told my appointment was downtown. I just drove from downtown to Creve Coeur, took off the afternoon from work, never received a voicemail or text message about a change in location. I have been seeing Dr. Jennifer Schmidt for a little over a year. I moved here from out of state and she made the transition to a new primary care provider so easy. Dr. Schmidt, is a rare find in medicine! She is compassionate, super knowledgeable, funny, kind and down to earth. I recommend her to everyone. I’m so happy I found her.
