I was a patient of Dr. Kenneth Rybicki which took pride in his practice. Since Roger Cole has taken over the practice, the quality of health care, customer service, & bedside manner have decreased tremendously. He have you come in for simple things just to look at you, take your blood pressure, and collect your co-pay for something that could have been worked out over the phone. The office staff is very rude. I feel like one certain office staff member tries to intimidate patients. Would NOT recommend this office to anyone. I called to resolve an issue on my parents behalf, and this staff member was certainly and incredibly rude. I attempted to tell this staff member how I felt, said staff member terminated the phone call.

I went to an office visit with my dad and could not understand why he would want to continue as a patient of Dr. Cole. If you want more than a "you look good; let me check your blood pressure" then Dr. Cole is not the physician for your. The exam was not thorough, did not have an updated list of medication, which my dad presented on a previous visit and to make matters worse when I asked my dad if he had any other issues or questions, Dr Cole stated that "oh, just call the office". rude staff answers the phone, and Dr Cole hasn't accepted a new patient in 2 years then why are you listed on Anthems website as accepting new patients?
