I was a patient of Dr. Kenneth Rybicki which took pride in his practice. Since Roger Cole has taken over the practice, the quality of health care, customer service, & bedside manner have decreased tremendously. He have you come in for simple things just to look at you, take your blood pressure, and collect your co-pay for something that could have been worked out over the phone.
