I am shocked by the lack of basic medical judgment and compassion shown at this facility. I brought my 7-year-old daughter at 11:05 PM with a high fever and active hallucinations — a potentially serious medical situation — and we were refused care because they claimed there were no spots available. Meanwhile, staff members were standing in the hallway clearly waiting for closing time at 11:30. Turning away a visibly ill child 25 minutes before closing is unacceptable and deeply concerning. The staff was so thorough and helpful. They took great care of us. Danielle the NP, took her time with my daughter and truly wanted to get to the bottom of her symptoms. She was incredibly friendly and had wonderful bedside manner. It was the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend!
