Nurse Kim is amazing. She was very sweet with my daughter and even brought her little trinkets to keep her occupied. I don’t recall the NP’s name, but she too was knowledgeable and wonderful. Having this as a convenient option so close to home is a game changer.
Great experience! The facility was clean, the staff was friendly, and I felt my concerns were heard and taken seriously. We had an appt at 5pm and I was home with answers for my little by 6pm. 10/10 would recommend!
We tried to go this evening (roads had been cleared of snow after the storm), however they were not open and nowhere did it say they were closed. Meanwhile there were 7 ATT workers next door. Insane that they wouldn’t open an after hours pediatric urgent care, but ATT is ready to sell you an iPhone.
Their website says they accept walk-ins but they in fact do not. We were turned away when we tried to get my son seen for suspected strep. We showed up at 7:30 and they don’t even close until 11. Nobody was in the waiting room and there were two cars in the parking lot. They wouldn’t even let us wait in case of a no show or cancellation. Terrible experience rudest front desk person. We arrived for a walk in after calling 7 times with no answer and they take walk in just to have ears checked. She said they wouldn’t take our 1 year old and they didn’t close for 3 more hours. I will never go back here! Shame on this front desk! This is not the children’s standard service we are used to.
