We love this bank..the ladies there almost seem like they would give the shirt off thier back if one needed it..they call they stay up to date with you ..its more than a place to keep my money ..I feel like this is the place that cares not just for your money..they have a personal touch to em..

I’m always impressed with their ability to walk me through my options when I have questions or concerns. I’ve never walked away from interactions disappointed. If the tellers don’t know the answers, they know where to get them, and have offered to transfer me to the right people or get the answers for me.

I called the fraud number for Washington trust and he did absolutely nothing for me. I’ve had $60 taken out of my account from the past two days and if I had a guesses I’m going to have another 30 taken out tomorrow. The guy did absolutely nothing and I’m going to be changing banks that actually takes fraud against their costumers seriously
