whatever you do, DO NOT EVEN TRUST THIS BANK WITH AN IRA! I opened one because I needed somewhere to roll over my retirement money so I wouldn't have to pay taxes on the money. 1. It was difficult to get it set up in the first place. I tried this local branch, the customer service line and finally a branch in Hayden (north Idaho!) before I finally got somebody that knew what they were doing. 2. the first year, the return was ok. This bank just ruined my financial life this morning because the rep was confused and instead of asking for clarification processed an incorrect transfer anyway. I'm about to lose my home due to their mistake.
