Great experience! I was really impressed with the service- everyone was so helpful from cleaning out the truck to letting me know the return time- it could not have been a better rental truck experience in Brooklyn (frequent borrower!). Uhaul trucks in the lot and parked outside. They just didn’t go through the effort of assigning one to me even tough I booked a week in advance
