Uhaul trucks in the lot and parked outside. They just didn’t go through the effort of assigning one to me even tough I booked a week in advance
I had a catastrophic ball joint failure 2 blocks away. I managed to get a tow to this shop late at night. They had my truck fixed by the end of the following day. Highly recommended.

I wish I could give this place "0" stars. the body shop /uhaul pickup location at 666 Washington Ave in prospect heights brooklyn should not be allowed to rent uhauls. it is extremely UNSANITARY, the cars are in terrible condition and they are parked all up and down Washington avenue, not even in their lot. the man working behind the counter who refused to tell me his name was probably the rudest person i have ever encountered and should absolutely not be dealing with the public let alone represent a company. this was Saturd... read more
