I lived there for 6 years 15 years ago, worst place, few days before we moved we got robbed, finally we have information regarding the robbery and looks like an inside job, 9 years later the case is back and I am going to file charges… the maintenance guy has something to do with the robbery, they will be hearing from me soon… they tried to cover it since the person who did it worked for the apartments complex… I always knew it’s an inside job, folks do not let maintenance enter your property if you’re not home!!!!!
I’ve lived at Washington townhomes for 3 going on four years now. Started with a family of three and welcomed one more during our time here. Being a family man the environment here at Washington townhomes is nothing short of perfect! The community’s a whole is quiet and respectful but the true shining star is the property manager Ryan. I been here 35 years this is close to schools I raise 2 girls here and now they got good jobs they gratitude from Arro I would not move from here the manger is super and takes care anything we love it here no problems it's wonderful this is Home foe me thanks Washington Town Homes This is Home Sweet Home
