This property is beautiful, the area is great and the manager Ryan is very helpful. Whenever we have anything wrong with our account or the apartment, Ryan always goes above and beyond to fix it right away 😊 They have been short staffed for over a year, but Ryan is always running around taking care of everything in a timely manner all by himself! Give that man a raise 👏🏾 Thanks Ryan!

This townhome has been around for a while now, so of course it has some of those typical old-building issues. Luckily, Ryan is super friendly and always happy to help out. Whenever a problem comes up, he usually gets it sorted out the same day or within a day or two. I especially remember last summer when around 20 flies were getting into my apartment every single day. Ryan immediately jumped on it to find a solution, saving me from having to spend an hour swatting flies before heading out and after coming home every day.
I would like to give a heartfelt thank you and recognition to Ryan, the property manager at Washington Townhomes in San Lorenzo. I have lived here for the past two and a half years, and Ryan has been nothing but kind, respectful, professional, and compassionate. Before becoming the property manager, he was our maintenance man, and even then, he always went above and beyond to help residents. ❤️
Ryan was very helpful and informative during our tour. We are a quiet working family and we feel the Washington Townhouses would be perfect for us. We hope to move in soon. Thank you Ryan for helping us in our decision.
