Ryan, the community manager was very helpful and polite when me and my family went to tour the unit we were interested in, I had scheduled a 11am tour and got there a hr earlier and still was able to do so.He showed us the first available apt and agreed to rent it soon as possible.We made the application and holding deposit and we were approved in two days while I stated to Ryan that it was urgent and needed a place to live and settle down. These people are very un professional they took my holding fee money and gave the apartment to someone else never called me at all but they had some fake person respond on yelp with out a follow up email or number these people are a joke and they scam people I’ve sent several emails and messages still nothing WHY DID YOU TAKE MY $240 thank good for real people I have a two bedroom two bath in a beautiful townhome while WASHINGTON townhome still have my money!!!!!🤬🤬
