Nice apartments that have been created out of an old building. The owner is very nice, and has renovated the apartments. Very quiet neighborhood close to downtown shops and cages.
I here for 7 years and loved every minute of it. Gary is great and will work with you when times get hard. He's nice and respectful to anyone that is nice and respectful to him.
Talked to Gary today regarding renting a apt very kind and helpful. Thank you
Apartments are very nice and secure. I hope to be able to get a unit there, when I return to Waco.
Enjoyed living here, but the landlord was very unhelpful and wishywashy during the move-out process. Good luck getting your deposit back.
