If I could give a zero I would, they almost killed my dog, they refuse to put her on a antibiotic or probiotic at my request, but test after test and tore part of her nose off for a feeding tube. They wanted to do a plasma transfusion and we decided to put her down, then they decided to go into her tummy for a culture to put her on a antibiotic, which I agreed to so she could get antibiotics, they did not get results back before putting her on antibiotics, sad I had to pay more money for more test to get her on antibiotics t... read more

Fantastic vet hospital! They have provided excellent service for my dogs (and one of my turtles!). Prices are very reasonable. I can’t recommend them enough. I don’t know what I would do without them. We’ve utilized their emergency department, cardiology, internal medicine, and oncology. Thank you for all you do. Now if only I could get frequent flyer miles for my medical problem child, Scooby. 😅

Called three times to confirm that our Guinea pig being put down was $40. It was over $100. Why do they have to be so deceiving. I have a voicemail on my phone stating $40. Grrrr

Toffee spent a week in the ICU with Immune-mediated Hemolytic Anemia (IMHA) and received 3 blood transfusions and medicine. We were referred over from Spokane because they did not have his blood type available. He's now safely recovering at home. Pretty much everyone we encountered here was empathetic and knowledgeable, granted we did not see eye to eye with the doctor in the E.R department who first took hi... read more
