My baby is 10 months old and I’m still waiting for her birth certificate…. Can’t travel out of country to see extended family. Maybe when she’s a teenager she’ll finally get her certificate. This department is a joke.
Confederates for the current federal administration. Living proof that WA is effete. A few were diligent (eg. SM in LMH). But most care more about controlling each others’ speech, as if that recreation is more important than the broader public mental health crisis they make worse - never better - every day.
These corrupt and incompetent bureaucrats are nothing more than a tax dollar boondoggle. Another one of many captured government agencies advertising fear and poison for the very same big corporations they are supposed to be protecting the people of WA state from. Abolishing this entire agency and distributing the funds back to the people is the healthiest thing that could possibly happen to the people of Washington.
I have always had good experiences with the staff. They are always really helpful. With public offices you’ll always have to wait awhile. I do not like that they did not get back about a complaint I put in, but other than that, the staff is always helpful. I have to call at least a couple times a year.
I’ve been dealing with this department for 2 years just trying to update some information to be able o get my license. I’ve attempted to call and when I asked questions I was met with one answer for every question were 8 months behind. Then I made an appointment in October 2024 for 4 months out in February just for me two drive 2 hours and see a sign at the door closed due to inclement weather with no email notifying me of their closure.
