I had a very disappointing experience with this grooming service. The customer service was terribly rude from start to finish, specifically Lyndsay. My dog had a tick and two fleas. I was gobsmacked and apologized. My dog is a huge priority and treated as such. I was met with disgust, like they’ve never seen a tick on a dog (it’s summer in rural America!) I am so grateful to Doc for her help figuring out my cat's weight loss problem. The thyroid testing was done in the clinic while I waited. I was able to take the medicine with me at the end of the visit so that my cat could start it immediately. THANK YOU!
Went for antibiotics for a sick cat. $400 later the vet says euthanasia wouldnt be out of the question today. Price transparency would be beneficial to keep customers. Bowling Green Vet clinic would be my recommendation to anyone looking for price transparency and friendliness at the front desk
