This is my first review in Google. The purpose is to strongly recommend Agnes and her apartment complex. Agnes manages Washington Sqaure Apartment very well. She is the best ever landlord we have seen. I strongly recommend her apartment to you. Reasons: (1) Agnes is very kind. We relocated from Boston to Bay Area because of a new job. I have lived in many apartments throughout NY, Philly, SF and more but I've never had a more positive experience than at Washington Square Apartments. These apartments are affordable and walk able distance to important spots like the grocery store, train stations and parks. The Property Manager, Jen, is extremely responsive, helpful and all around a great person to know.
