Ke’era Whitley was extremely helpful and patient helping me get through all the bumps and hurtles of applying for a rental apartment that met my needs and budget and unique requirements as a retired senior veteran with bad knees and difficulty carrying things up and mostly down stairs. From inquiry, paperwork and the move in process, everything was exceptional. Ke’ara made everything smooth and was very knowledgeable. I met the maintenance man my first day there and he was very nice and even put up my showerhead for me. I’ve only been here for a few days but so far I love it here!
