I did an at-home sleep study on April 6, 2026. Three weeks later, they have not contacted me with results. I am kind of hoping they won't, because I could save the $150 fee that's out of pocket. A week ago, I started using an app on my phone created by Harvard doctors and I am doing just fine falling asleep and waking up without an alarm. I'm no longer worried about sleep apnea.

Regarding the sleep lab: when it used to be Barclay Sleep Center it was new and wonderful. I went there recently to pick up overnight sleep study equipment and was shocked at what a filthy, grubby, cluttered, dusty mess this place had become. Stacks of old paperwork 2 feet high on just about every surface. One woman running the entire front office and clearly overworked, as evidenced by her at-home loungewear, haggard appearance and casual, unprofessional demeanor.
